Hello there! I’m Ben. Thank you for checking out my site. It’s important to me that we are all aware of opportunities to travel more for less. My goal is to give examples, inspire, and tell you exactly how I do it so you might have the opportunity to do the same.
I offer personalized travel advising services that walk you through the depths of my 6-step process. I will show you exactly how to make your travel dreams come true at a small fraction of the cost that you spend today.
Hello there! I’m Ben, and I take all the shampoo and conditioner bottles from the hotel rooms I stay in… Thanks for stopping by!
I mean seriously, why not right? Okay, okay, anyways – I get such a kick out of the little things. Ask anyone who’s traveled with me and you’ll know that the smallest amenity makes me light up like a Christmas tree. I don’t expect it, but I certainly appreciate it. I don’t know where I got it from, but it’s part of my DNA.
I grew up on the east coast, and I never attended a school for more than two years in a row – so I became accustomed to moving around a lot.
I remember the first time I went on an airplane by myself – I was in 3rd grade and I flew to Florida from Virginia to spend a week with my friend from Montessori school and his family. I was promised deep sea fishing!! I remember I was missing the state championship game for my basketball team (yikes!) back in VA, but as much as I loved basketball, I was so excited to go on an adventure by myself…
That was the start of something great – freedom, adventure, and opportunity! There’s something so exciting about the unknown.
To this day, I cherish the idea of being able to look at my AwardWallet account — see photo to right — and see all the miles, points, free hotel nights and suite upgrades, free golf rounds, spa certificates, and much more.
Result: Thanks, Brad! I listened, got hyperactive with following your lead and over the past two years I have traveled for 0 – 50% of retail price to some of the most beautiful destinations in the world, staying at 5-star and AAA 5 Diamond rated resorts along the way. I even learned what Michelin star restaurants were.
Now, I read everything travel related, soak up all the information from the best travel blogs, explore everything Travel&Leisure magazine has to offer, and I dissect all the notes my mother gives me from Frequent Traveler University (FTU)…
Yes, that’s not a typo, read it again, Frequent Traveler University – It’s real.
My strategies and techniques helped my wife, Ali, and I have our DREAM wedding for a whopping 350 Euros – high above the mountainside, outside a small chapel, overlooking the most beautiful place on the planet: Lake Como, Italy.
I am so lucky (for obvious reasons) and because after our wedding, we honeymooned for 9 nights in Italy where we spent 4 nights in Cinque Terre, 3 nights in Venice, and 2 nights in Milan for roughly 10% of the sticker price. It was around this time that my wife jumped on board with supporting my “Travel Game” efforts.
That leads us to today, a time when I turn my personal obsession (I mean hobby) of creating more amazing travel opportunities into coaching services to help you do the same if you feel so inclined! I am grateful to my wife for supporting me and to all of you for allowing me to share my passion for travel with you.
Thanks for taking a moment to get to know me,
